UK Inheritance Taxation for Students:

a simplified approach

Author: Malcolm Finney (B.Sc M.Sc (Bus Admin) M.Sc (Org Psy) MCMI C Maths MIMA)

UK Inheritance Taxation for Students is primarily geared to students studying for the ACCA and qualification whether full or part time. In addition, it is highly likely that it would be of interest to students studying for other professional qualifications including ACA,  CAT, CIMA, Institute of Taxation, and Institute of Bankers and for any students where the computational (rather than the legal) aspects of taxation are a key area of taxation study.

This book covers everything the ACCA student needs to know about inheritance tax for Paper 3.2 Advanced Taxation.

It contains numerous worked examples, and is written in an accessible, step-by-step format. It also contains all relevant rates and allowances a True and False Q & A quiz and tips on exam technique. The text is “free standing” (it is not necessary for students to use any other text).

This edition takes account of the Finance Act 2004 and is thus up to date for the December 2005 examinations.
