TUPE: Law and Practice

TUPE: Law & Practice provides a guide to the TUPE Regulations 2006, contextualising the existing TUPE protections. This new edition encapsulates changes  relating to insolvency and “service provision change, and many others caused by the latest case law developments. It considers the practical issues - consultation, pensions, what transfers and does not as well as how the vexed issue of fragmentation hinders clarity.
